Building Trusting Relationships

The science of trust, and the four things that build it.

The Problem

Trust is the foundation of every high-performing team, and in most workplaces it is quietly leaking away.

When trust is low, people hold back, guard information, sidestep the hard conversations and play it safe. Everything slows down.

The Insight

The research is striking. Compared with low-trust teams, people in high-trust teams report 106% more energy, 76% more engagement, 50% more productivity and 40% less burnout. Trust is not a soft nicety, it is a performance multiplier. Best of all, it is not a mystery. It can be built on purpose. We call this Building Trusting Relationships.
