Facilitate Leadership Conferences

Leadership conferences that move the needle for the organisation.

The Problem

An awesome event inspires. It brings people together. It serves as a catalyst for change. It is something people talk about years from now.

But an event done poorly is costly. It is costly in terms of time, money and wasted opportunity. Too many events fit this latter category.

Our Perspective

For each client conference, there are two audiences. There are the participants. For them, we need to create an experience that inspires, that entertains, that gives them something useful to walk away with.

The second audience is usually who's footing the bill. They need a conference to be more than a standalone event. It needs to drive the strategy forward, to align and galvanise the group to take action and catapult people back into their work with momentum.

Our Approach

How We Drive Conference Outcomes

01
Discover

Deeply understand the client's context, their challenges and the outcomes they want the conference to deliver.

02
Design

Draw on our experience of 1,000+ leadership conferences to craft an agenda, content and activities customised to the client's context.

03
Deliver

Facilitate high-impact sessions: leadership development, behavioural simulations and meaningful group conversations that align, inspire and equip.

04
Drive

The client drives outcomes post the event. We support with takeaway toolkits, behavioural nudges and a post-event conference debrief to help the organisation translate conference energy into lasting outcomes.

Behavioural Learning Simulations

Immersive activities for team building and experiential learning. The injection of a group activity, when carefully selected and expertly facilitated, can be the difference between an effective conference and one that is truly exceptional.

Over the past decade we have designed a selection of sophisticated activities guaranteed to engage, energise and impact even the most sceptical of participants.

Facilitation

Whether a conference is 50 people or 500 people, the ingredients of great conference facilitation are the same. A great conference facilitator should:

  • Seamlessly weave in the client's themes, messaging and language. Maintain the 'red thread' through the event.
  • Engage a diversity of participants from the passionate pupils to the prisoners, different levels of seniority and different cultural backgrounds
  • Have the skill to facilitate interaction at scale, including group discussions, brainstorming, Q&A panels and team activities
  • Create theatre: energy, interaction and laughter
  • Alleviate the stress of the organiser (before and during the event)

Designing an Impactful Agenda

Every event has two agendas. We ensure clients get both agendas right:

  • The logical agenda (relevant content sequenced in a logical order)
  • The energy agenda (how participants feel before, during and after the event)
